Refunds or cancellations may apply under the following conditions:

- Unavailability of services
- Cancellation by the customer
- Non-receipt of payment
If your order is not delivered, you may request a full refund. In cases of partial delivery, we will refund accordingly and charge only for the services successfully provided.
Kindly allow up to 30 business days from the purchase date for order completion. If delays occur or your order is placed on hold, please contact us for immediate assistance.
If you are not satisfied with the service quality, please reach out within 45 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement where applicable. Requests beyond this timeframe will not be entertained.
