This Refund Policy outlines the situations in which refunds, replacements, or cancellations may be considered.
Eligibility For Refunds
Refunds or cancellations may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Unavailability of purchased services
- Duplicate transactions or payment errors
- Project cancellation before work has started
- Service delivery delays caused by technical limitations
- Verified disputes or complaints regarding service fulfillment
- Non-receipt of payment confirmation
Service Delivery
If a purchased service is not delivered within the agreed timeframe, clients may request support or a refund review by contacting our support team.
If only part of the service has been delivered, Estè Luna & Co. may issue a partial refund while charging only for the completed portion of the work.
Clients are requested to allow up to 30 business days from the purchase date before submitting a non-delivery claim.
Service Quality Concerns
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the delivered service, please contact us within 45 days of service completion.
After reviewing the issue, we may offer:
- Service revisions
- Replacement services
- Partial refund consideration
- Alternative resolution options
Requests submitted after 45 days may not qualify for review.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:
- Completed or fully delivered services
- Delays caused by lack of client communication or approvals
- Change of mind after project completion
- Third-party platform issues beyond our control
- Violations of our Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy
Projects may only be canceled before active work or campaign execution begins. Once project development, design, advertising setup, or strategic implementation has started, cancellation requests may not qualify for a full refund.
